Everything is perfect in this moment

Of course, this can't really be true, can it? But you can, if you choose, believe that all is well. That doesn't mean that things can't be changed, improved, altered or in some way bettered. I t merely means that right now, in this moment, things are the way they are, and it's all good. After all, what the thinker thinks, the prover proves . If a person goes around believing that everything's perfect in this moment, they can relax, and focus on how they'd like to make things even better. "Better than perfect?" I hear you ask. Well, part of what makes this moment perfect is that you are in it, and that includes all your creative genius (I know you may not think you're creative, but remember, you are more than you think you are). Follow your intuitive impulses - if you want something to be different, maybe that's a sign that you're the one to do it. And you can do it with a joyful energy when you remember everything's perfe

What You Resist Persists

What you resist persists. Why is that? Because what you focus on increases, and resistance is a great way of focusing on something (remember, you can't do a don't). Some people spend their whole lives running away from certain feelings and experiences, but what they resist persists, so the faster they run, the closer those things get. But you can stop running. I used to worry that my business would fail and I would have to get a regular job. Then one day I told myself it would be OK if I got a job. I felt better immediately, and the likelihood of me having to get a job diminished. Stop for a moment, and ask yourself what you've been resisting. Then ask yourself what would happen if you accepted that rather than resisting it. There is nothing to fear, so when you stop resisting and accept the feelings that come up, you may feel a sense of peace and freedom. What you resist persists. ________________ FORWARDED by Jamie http://www.saladltd.co.uk/unconditionalhappiness_tips_

You can accept yourself exactly as you are

Acceptance is the WD40 of growth, development & results. Some people say "But if I accept myself exactly as I am, I'll stay at home all day eating cake and swell to the size of my living room." Experience shows that this is not the case. When you accept yourself as you are, your neurology relaxes, and the process of change, growth and development becomes easier. Stop, and say to yourself "I accept myself exactly as I am", and notice what happens. Some people immediately get a sense of peace and calm, while others experience internal arguments and discomfort. Whatever happens for you, don't fight it; accept it. Some people use the headline of 'positive thinking' to deny the reality of the current situation. This makes matters worse. Acceptance is the opposite of denial. Paradoxically, when you accept things as they are in this moment (including yourself), you put yourself in the most powerful position to create change. God said NO

I asked God to take away my habit. God said, No. It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up. . . . I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. God said, No. His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary. . . . I asked God to grant me patience. God said, No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned. . . . I asked God to give me happiness. God said, No. I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you. . . . I asked God to spare me pain. God said, No. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me. . . . I asked God to make my spirit grow. God said, No. You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful. . . . I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life. God said, No. I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things. . . . I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me. God said...Ahhhh, finally you have the idea... ___________________ FORWARDED by Erga Triol

All is Well; There is Nothing to Fear

All is well; there is nothing to fear. I know this may come as a shock to you, but everything's OK. Having said that, it's still a good idea to wear a seatbelt. But it's worth reminding yourself that you've managed to come through everything that's ever happened in your life. You're the spearhead of evolution. Some people worry about death, but it's perfectly safe; organisms of one sort or another have been doing it for billions of years :-) Fears, worries and anxieties only come when a person imagines unpleasant things in the past or the future. When you allow yourself to get into the present, then suddenly you realise that all is well; there is nothing to fear. _______________ Forwarded by Jamie "Talk about Life changing stuff, it is, Big Time!!!" - Andrew Hoyle. Eight Lies of A Mother

1.The story began when I was a child; I was born as a son of a poor family.. Even for eating, we often got lack of food. Whenever the time for eating, mother often gave me her portion of rice... While she was removing her rice into my bowl, she would say "Eat this rice, son. I'm not hungry". That was Mother's First Lie ... .. . 2.When I was getting to grow up, the persevering mother gave her spare time for fishing in a river near our house, she hoped that from the fishes she got, she could gave me a little bit nutritious food for my growth. After fishing, she would cook the fishes to be a fresh fish soup, which raised my appetite. While I was eating the soup, mother would sit beside me and eat the rest meat of fish, which was still on the bone of the fish I ate. My heart was touched when I saw it.. I then used my chopstick and gave the other fish to her. But she immediately refused it and said "Eat this fish, son. I don't really like fish." That was M
